Assistant Director, Audrey De la Cruz, received her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Texas State University in 2010. She serves as the principle director of the Bush MS 6th grade choir and the 7th and 8th grade Pop Ensemble.
While at Texas State, Audrey was Director of Internal Operations and Finance of the statewide collegiate music organization, CTME and actively participated in the music honor's fraternity, Mu Phi Epsilon, where she served as Vice President. She is honored to give back to her collegiate experience by organizing the Texas State Choir Camp and Texas State Alumni Choir. Currently, she is a member of the Texas Choral Director's Association, Texas Music Educator's Association, and the Texas Music Adjudicators Association.
In her "spare" time, Audrey sings with the San Antonio Chamber Choir, and leads the alto section at First Protestant Church-New Braunfels. She and her husband, Christian, welcomed their first child, Rose, in December 2014.
